Frederick William Kisbee– 1 Lindum Cottages

Frederick was born in 1900 in Stamford and was the son of Frederick and Mary Jane Kisbee. In 1901 they lived at 9 St John’s Terrace not far from Lindum Cottages.

In 1911, he had two sisters Mary Elizabeth aged 8 and Catherine Mary aged 4. They lived at 1 Lindum Cottages a five roomed house off Casterton Road. His father was a labourer at the Brickyard .

There is no evidence that he served in the war but he would only be 18 when the war ended. He died in Horncastle in 1988.
