William Walter Walker

Born 1901 in Stamford, William was the younger brother of Percival Claude living at 11 Lumby’s Terrace with his parents and 13 siblings. He was still at school in 1911.

In 1919 the father of both boys, Thomas Henry, submitted details of Percival’s war service to the Mayor of Stamford but did not mention William Walter. It could be presumed, therefore, that he did not serve in WWI.

His death was registered in Huntingdonshire in June 1951.
