8th December 2015 Richard Nevil Christian Richard, born in Stamford in 1895, was the son of Charles and Emma who were both born in Yarwell. In 1901 they were living in Edward’s cottage . By 1911 they had moved to 7 Harcourt Terrace . Charles and Emma had four children but only Nellie aged 18 and Richard 16 were living at home. Charles was a Builder’s labourer and Richard a plumber’s apprentice. No military records found. In September 1920 he married Rose Webster in Stamford. He died in Doncaster in December 1949.
